Pay as you go

As a basic (pay-as-you-go) member, you can cancel your reserved seat prior to 2 days before the module’s scheduled date, post that no refunds will be granted. To cancel your bookings log on to Innocity.in or email us at support@innocity.in. Your refund will be processed in 5-7 days. Allow 3 more days to see the credit in your bank account or reversal to your credit card account.

Three or Six Month Subscription

Innocity offers startups with Pro Membership a fifteen (15)-day, no-questions- asked money back guarantee on membership. To request a refund please write to us at support@innocity.in.

One-month subscription

Startups who choose for a one-month subscription can opt out of Innocity by not renewing their subscription for the subsequent month
