About the Module

We know that you want to talk to your customers and understand their problems. Great. But how do you get started? How do you prepare for your first customer interview? Should you do it online, on the phone, or in person? How much information is enough? This module offers you basic hacks to doing effective customer research. The more you practice, the better you’ll be at it.
