As technologies converge into a hyper-connected ecosystem, customers no longer buy products or services. They experience them. Designing a consistently awesome experience is emerging to be a very critical function in business. This module introduces the concept of customer journey and touchpoints.  You will learn to identify touchpoints critical to your startup and map your customer’s experience.
